Role Description We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Billing/Revenue Management solutions. This role is fully focused on post-sales delivery: owning solution design, implementation leadership, and ensuring customers realize value from our platform. As the Solution Architect, you will: - Lead discovery, translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, guide configuration and integration, and serve as the technical expert throughout implementation. - Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to deliver complex CPQ and billing solutions that support pricing, quoting, subscription billing, usage/rating, and revenue recognition. - Work in a high-growth environment where processes evolve and priorities shift as we scale. Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Delivery - Lead post-sales discovery to understand business processes, pricing models, quoting workflows, billing requirements, and integration needs. - Design end-to-end CPQ + Billing architectures, including data models, integrations, customizations, and reporting. - Produce implementation assets: solution design documentation, configuration workbooks, data mapping, and integration specifications. - Own technical decisions throughout the project, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices. - Implementation Leadership - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer after contract signature. - Partner with project management to drive delivery timelines, scope, risk mitigation, and customer expectations. - Support configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities. - Facilitate customer enablement and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success. - Integration & Data - Design and support integrations between CPQ/Billing platforms and CRM, ERP, and payment gateways. - Provide guidance on data migration strategy, data validation, and cutover planning. - Customer Success - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them operationalize complex pricing, subscription management, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes. - Identify risks early, propose solutions, and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers. - Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology, reusable assets, templates, and best practices. - Team Enablement - Support and mentor junior consultants and configuration specialists. - Encourage a culture of shared learning, documentation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience delivering and implementing CPQ, Billing, or revenue management solutions (Salesforce CPQ/Billing, Oracle CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, etc.). - Demonstrated success as a solution/technical lead on complex delivery projects. - Strong understanding of CRM → CPQ → Billing → ERP data flows, including subscription lifecycle and revenue processes. - Experience designing and implementing API-based integrations and middleware patterns. - Ability to translate business processes into system capabilities and communicate trade-offs and design decisions to stakeholders. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where processes are still maturing and customer use cases are complex. • Own the overall joint GTM strategy and execution plan for assigned cloud partner(s) • Build and manage a portfolio of cloud partner product integrations and joint solutions • Develop Joint Industry Solutions and co-sell assets that align Snowflake use cases • Drive joint account planning with field AEs and cloud Alliances teams • Lead the full co-sell lifecycle from opportunity identification to production deployment • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers on cloud partner engagement models and co-sell execution

• Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements. • Contribute to the design and improvement of processes and materials that enhance efficiency and customer experience during onboarding • Drive rapid time-to-value through quality project execution and deliverables that meet Simon's standards for technical excellence • Work with CS, product, and engineering teams to advise them on how Simon will fit into their technology stack • Maintain and manage internal stakeholders in support of fostering a cohesive and compelling customer experience • Take ownership of technical workstreams for various internal and external projects. • Advocate customer business use-cases to product development • Understand and document client scope and integration approaches with exceptional technical clarity, ensuring successful project execution and seamless transition of technical stakeholders as clients move from onboarding to value creation

Role Description This role will reside within the AI Proving Ground - ATC Solutions Development team. This resource will serve as an advanced-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) and architect, providing consultative guidance and responsible for evaluating and developing new Labs and Learning content focused on Compute, Storage, and Virtualization solutions for the ATC portal. This role will function as a generalist architect across Compute, Storage, and Virtualization domains and will work across a broad range of enterprise infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple technology domains and vendors including: - VMware/Broadcom - Cisco UCS - NetApp - Pure Storage - Dell PowerStore/PowerFlex - HPE - Nutanix A working understanding of AI Infrastructure technologies, including NVIDIA DGX systems, GPUs, and accelerated computing platforms, is expected given the team’s focus on the AI Proving Ground. This role translates customer business and operational challenges into infrastructure solutions and establishes thought leadership within the ATC organization. Qualifications - H.S.
