Role Description This internship is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in how data supports strategy, decision-making, and operational excellence. The Membership Data & Insights Intern will support the Membership team in maintaining and improving data quality within Salesforce, while also helping analyze membership trends and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and improving systems. You will gain hands-on experience with CRM data management and learn how data drives engagement, retention, and strategic planning in a nonprofit environment. The skills you develop — including data management, analysis, and reporting — are highly transferable across operations, business analytics, and program management roles. This is an unpaid internship with a flexible schedule, lasting from May–December 2026. Candidates must be available a minimum of 16-20 hours per week over the summer. As a Sports Data Operator, you’ll help power our live products by: - Collecting and validating real-time tracking and play-by-play data using specialised in-house software. - Confirming teams, lineups, and players with precision. - Monitoring events as they happen. - Flagging issues to Game Supervisors and contributing feedback in post-game reviews. This role is an entry-level position with a Service provider contract, remote position based in Colombia. Qualifications - Passion for sports with working knowledge of Basketball and Football (rules, lineups, gameplay). - Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset; high accuracy in live environments. - Strong English communication and solid computer literacy; quick to learn specialised tools. - Reliable, punctual, and self-directed, comfortable working with minimal supervision. - Calm under pressure with excellent time management and multitasking during live games. - Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (min. 10 hrs/week). - Reliable high-speed internet (≥50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a suitable remote setup.
