Telecom Provisioning & Transport Consultant

Role Description CTG is seeking to fill a Telecom Provisioning & Transport Consultant (Ethernet / Voice / Off-Net) position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 7 months Qualifications - Telecom provisioning expertise (Ethernet, VoIP/SIP, Off-Net services) - Strong experience with IBM Maximo (development, configuration, automation) - OSS/BSS systems and service delivery lifecycle knowledge - Integration experience (ERP, GIS, financial systems, APIs) - Solid networking fundamentals (IP, MPLS, VLANs) - Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Requirements - 5+ years in telecom provisioning, transport, or service delivery - 3+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience - Experience working with multiple telecom carriers and complex environments - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
