• Analyzing the market for IT equipment, consumables, and network connectivity services to optimize pricing, quality, and availability. • Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with equipment suppliers and connectivity providers. • Maintaining the approved supplier catalog and managing vendor performance against agreed SLAs. • Managing contracts, budgets, and procurement processes in compliance with corporate policies and controls. • Optimizing and automating IT supply and procurement workflows within the company ERP system. • Collaborating with internal IT, finance, and operations teams to forecast demand and ensure uninterrupted supply.
Job Requirements
- Experience in IT procurement, supply management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-user IT equipment, consumables, and network connectivity services.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and budget ownership.
- Familiarity with ERP-based procurement and supply chain systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
