• Engage with customers, partners, and prospects to understand their problems, scope technical requirements, prototype and propose effective solutions • Work with cross-functional teams across Primer to satisfy the unique requirements of our national security customers and deploy our products in secure environments • Partner with our Product Management and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback • Train, deploy, and tune machine learning models on customer data sets • Dig into software source code to customize, integrate, and troubleshoot onsite customer product deployments • Provide subject matter expertise to advise our DevOps and Engineering teams on feature and deployment enhancements
Job Requirements
- Active TOP SECRET clearance within the Department of Defense
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud services provider (AWS or Microsoft Azure)
- Professional experience developing and deploying Python applications.
- Linux, Docker and Kubernetes proficiency - you’ll need to know your way around a Linux shell in order to operate services, and then deploy them at scale
- Strong DevOps chops - you’ll need to be comfortable with automation tools to accelerate the deployment of infrastructure and software services in our customers’ environments
- Strong communication skills - you’ll be the technical representative of Primer to our customers.

Role Description As a Senior/Staff Windows Detection Engineer, you will help shape the future of endpoint security through a unified, converged platform that automatically prevents, detects, and responds to threats in real time. You will design and develop advanced Windows detections by combining deep system process inspection, behavioral analysis, and innovative machine learning techniques to identify and stop sophisticated attacks before they cause harm.
