Business Development Manager

Role Description As the Business Development Manager for the Polish market, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring business growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, establishing long-term partnerships, and selling Bisly’s building automation solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive business developer with a strong technical affinity for building automation and knowledge of the local regulatory environment, who is motivated to grow Bisly’s presence and footprint in Poland. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a go-to market strategy for Poland's BAS market (with a focus on multi-dwelling units and light commercial properties). - Establish and manage partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and smart building consultants. - Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers across Poland, including property developers, construction companies, MEP contractors, and real estate investors. - Drive sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets, engaging directly with key decision-makers. - Navigate local building automation regulations and support customers in implementing compliant solutions. - Advise customers using your technical understanding of building automation and propose tailored solutions. - Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback in alignment with business goals. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the building automation or technology sectors. - Proven track record of growing sales and building long-term client relationships in Poland. - An existing network within relevant customer segments in Poland (property developers, construction companies, MEP contractors, real estate investors). - Technical affinity with building automation, energy management, smart building systems, or IoT. - Strong understanding of the Polish market and regulatory environment (building automation knowledge is a plus). - A self-starter mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership. - Fluent Polish and a good command of English (written and spoken). Lithuanian and Czech language skills are a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Role Description As a Nebius BDR, you will be the first point of contact for leading companies across America exploring next-generation cloud and AI solutions.
