Sage Haus

• Own the conversion engine at Sage Haus • Manage email and SMS lifecycle for families and candidates • Build, test, and iterate sequences across email and SMS • Manage lifecycle stack (Flodesk, SMS provider) • Own the metrics: open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per send • Design and run outbound automation • Partner with functions to optimize full funnel (landing pages, lead forms) • Measure drop-offs and propose tests • Stand up dashboards for lifecycle, funnel, attribution reporting

• Own a designated geographic territory and proactively build candidate supply in that market • Partner with regional leadership to warm candidate pipeline for upcoming kickoffs • Post job openings across relevant platforms and manage active job boards • Conduct research to identify and source qualified candidates for current and future roles • Maintain a warm bench of top talent in your territory, even when no active search is open • Review and screen resumes to identify candidates with strong potential • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, work style, and alignment with household roles • Document candidate profiles and notes accurately in our Notion CRM • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process • Create a warm, professional experience that reflects the Sage Haus brand • Partner closely with the Household Hiring Specialists in your region to route top candidates into active searches • Report to and collaborate with your Regional Manager • Attend weekly pipeline meetings and keep Notion CRM and Breezy ATS up to date

• You'll own the full sales motion — inbound, outbound, partnerships, and B2B — and you'll partner closely with Kelly, our founder, on go-to-market strategy across our services and software products. • This role is a blend of player and coach. You'll personally take prospect calls and close business, while also setting the strategy, building the systems, and managing our existing sales strategist. • You'll absorb a lot of the day-to-day selling and BD work that has lived with Kelly until now, freeing her to focus on company strategy, thought leadership, and product. • Sales pipeline & prospect conversion • Manage inbound lead pipeline, including overseeing the hello@ inbox • Own outbound prospecting at scale, partnering closely with Marketing • Manage the full prospect pipeline — inbound and outbound — through nurture, info call, proposal, and close • Take calls with prospective clients and strategic partners • Manage Sage Haus's full slate of partnerships and affiliates — creator / influencer partners, brand partners, wealth-management referral channels, and community partners • Negotiate partner agreements, sponsorship deals, and co-branded campaigns • Own the affiliate workflow: tracking, commissions, payouts, and partner enablement • Build a repeatable partnerships motion as a primary growth channel • Partner with Kelly on sponsorship budget and the prioritization of high-value sponsors and vendors at communities and conferences • Manage our Sales Strategist — weekly 1:1s, deal coaching, and quota management • Hire and grow the sales function as we scale, create SOPs for the sales org • Work closely with our Chief of Staff on refund and cancellation policy decisions • Manage the metrics and data around sales funnel conversions from marketing funnel through to sales and overall conversion and success rates across the funnel • Work closely with marketing on top-of-funnel metrics to ensure we hit sales targets • Build Sage Haus's B2B sales strategy from the ground up — ICP, offer, pricing, and motion — to expand into employer-paid benefits and partnerships with companies • Partner closely with Kelly on go-to-market sales strategy for the Home Systems App, launching Q3 2026 • Partner with leadership and operations on implementing a customer engagement platform for client texting and follow-ups • Work closely with our operations team on the hiring services side to ensure candidates are handed over smoothly from sales to client delivery • Partner with marketing on inbound campaigns, top-of-funnel content, and lead generation

• Auditing and cleaning the CRM & priority automations • Developing & documenting priority SOPs across sales, services, and marketing • Building SOPs for AI skills, agents & workflows • Standing up dashboards that give the leadership team real-time visibility into velocity, pipeline health and candidate depth • Fixing top 3 operational bottlenecks slowing the team down and shipping a fix • Building and maintaining automations that connect tools and reduce manual work • Supporting marketing ops: systems, measurement, and campaign infrastructure • Documenting workflows as we build them

• Household Management & Organization • Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean-up, organizing common spaces • Manage household inventory: groceries, pantry staples, household supplies, restocking • Organize closets, playrooms, mudrooms, paperwork, and seasonal rotations • Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and home maintenance providers • Handle returns, errands, post office, pharmacy pickups, or Amazon/Target orders • Meal Preparation & Family Support • Plan and prep simple, healthy family meals or assist with weekly meal planning • Grocery shopping and fridge/pantry organization • Pack snacks or lunches for school-aged children (if needed) • Assist with family scheduling, school forms, appointments, or travel preparation • Optional Childcare Support (varies by family) • School or activity pickups (family car may be provided) • Occasional date-night support or afternoon care • Engaging with children in crafts, outdoor play, or quiet time activities
