Business Development Manager

FP Markets (First Prudential Markets)

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Brazil • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships • Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
  • Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
