• Source podcast ideas aligned with iHeartArabi’s direction • Contribute to show formats, episode structures, and segment ideas • Work closely with hosts and writers to refine content • Work closely with partners, suppliers, and talents • Review scripts in Arabic for language, editorial adherence, clarity, tone, and flow • Ensure consistency across episodes and formats • Maintain quality control on all written content • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors • Track episode progress from recording to final delivery • Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality • Oversee audio and video editing, sound design, and final exports • Review trailers, promos, and host reads • Ensure all content is ready for publishing across platforms • Work with social teams on cutdowns and content adaptation • Ensure episodes translate well into short-form content • Support publishing workflows where needed

• Serve as the primary point of contact between iHeart and selected vendors • Evaluate vendor workflows, review processes, and QA methodologies to ensure consistent output quality • Ensure adherence to timelines, review cycles, and delivery standards across all translated content • Oversee vendor performance against agreed RFP scope, SLAs, and contractual terms • Develop and refine the process between all stakeholders for efficient workflow • Track translation, voice duplication, review, revisions, and final export stages • Conduct final linguistic and editorial review of translated episodes before approval • Ensure Modern Standard Arabic meets high academic and broadcast-level standards • Review pacing, tone, pronunciation, and cultural appropriateness • Ensure content aligns with Qatari and broader GCC cultural sensitivities • Communicate clearly with internal leadership and U.S.-based teams • Maintain documentation of review notes and approval records

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. • Build and optimize data processing pipelines in Apache Spark (PySpark and Scala) for large-scale, distributed listener datasets. • Deploy and manage Databricks environments, ensuring efficient cluster usage, job scheduling, and cost optimization. • Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models, integrating them into scalable APIs or batch processing systems that feed real-time, machine-readable audience signals. • Implement automated testing, monitoring, and alerting for ML pipelines to ensure the reliability and reproducibility that certified buyers require. • Champion best practices in version control, model registry management, and environment reproducibility. • Help evolve our listener data infrastructure toward agent-compatible supply — live, structured, queryable data feeds that autonomous buying systems can discover and act on without human mediation.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices for our AI chatbot and other backend systems • Implement multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph (or equivalent): multi-agent orchestration, tool calls to external APIs, reasoning loops, and memory/state management • Integrate third-party LLM providers and manage prompt engineering, rate limiting, cost optimization, and fallback logic • Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines: document ingestion, embedding generation, vector search/retrieval, and contextual response generation • Work with traditional databases and modern vector databases. Build and maintain reliable integrations with external services via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns • Ensure high availability, performance, security, observability, and scalability of all backend services (monitoring, logging, caching, asynchronous processing) • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies • Collaborate closely with other engineering teams and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.

• Contribute to the design and development of new features, as well as the improvement and bug fixes of existing features. • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and applications that process multiple terabytes of data daily. • Collaborate with the product manager and interact with other product teams to define solutions for the organization’s future. • Contribute to all activities across the application development lifecycle (planning, design, coding, automated unit and integration testing, code review, documentation, deployment, operations, monitoring and alerting). • Demonstrate openness to others’ ideas while communicating respectfully. • Propose and help implement continuous improvement solutions.
