Business Development Representative

Role Description As a Nebius BDR, you will be the first point of contact for leading companies across America exploring next-generation cloud and AI solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build and qualify pipeline to accelerate Nebius’s growth in US markets. You’re welcome to work remotely from the US - SF Bay Area, NYC, Austin TX or Boston. - Territory & Account Penetration: Collaborate with AEs to map and prioritize target accounts across America, then execute a mix of outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings. - Inbound Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify inbound MQLs generated by Marketing, ensuring each prospect meets BANT criteria before handing off a detailed prospect brief to AEs. - Customer & Market Engagement: Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget. You’ll also represent Nebius at key American tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up to maximize ROI. - Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather market intelligence (common objections, competitive insights, feature requests) during prospect conversations and share it with Product and Marketing. Monitor outreach metrics—open rates, reply rates, connect rates—and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize cadences and scripts. Stay up to date on AI and cloud trends (e.g., generative AI in pharma R&D) to position Nebius’s value proposition effectively. Qualifications - 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting American markets. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts (AI architectures, ML workflows) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability. - Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model. Requirements - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach. Reports to Supervisor. - Partner with foreclosure attorneys to ensure loans/files are worked timely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable guidelines. - May handle a higher volume of files and escalated issues than junior staff. - Ensure all actions to take a loan to foreclosure are within the appropriate investor and required guidelines and timeframes. This includes, but is not limited to, filing of first action, service, judgement, foreclosure sales, and notifying investor. - Prepare bidding instruction figures for all loan types. - Process the sale on all loan types. - Timely and accurately update reporting for Freddie Mac DFRI, Fannie Mae Laser, and HUD SFDMS. - Process invoices, verifying amounts are within established guidelines, and payments remitted timely. - Keep foreclosure screens accurately updated. - Train and mentor junior staff. - Actively participate in identifying process improvement opportunities within the department. - Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Solid PC skills: Proficient with Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences.
