• Responsible for Sales Target of Hitachi Energy portfolio business in Vidarbha & Marathwada Territory • Business Development with technical specs in activities and customer connections • Promote & position Hitachi Energy portfolio in various segments like Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, OEM, & New Channels • Support Channel Partners with Sales of Capacitors, Grid Automation Relays, Dry DTs • Monitor Order Execution and support project handling team • Manage Receivables including Payment Collection as per forecast • Attend to customer complaints promptly • Participate and organize customer events like tech seminars, presentations, exhibitions • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Experience in MV, HV Switchgears, Grid Automation preferred
  • Flair for Sales & Marketing, including Account management
  • Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Proven track record of managing and facilitating change
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and local language

This role is 100% outbound and best suited for a true hunter who enjoys opening doors and building opportunities from the ground up. Qualifications - Must be based in the United States. - Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (event industry experience strongly preferred). - Familiarity with selling services to meeting planners, associations, nonprofits, or corporate clients is a plus. - Comfortable with commission-only compensation and motivated by performance-based earnings. - Strong communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills. - Self-directed, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Confident conducting discovery calls and articulating value-based solutions. - Organized and consistent with follow-up and pipeline management. - Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely. Requirements - 100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor). - 15% commission on the total cost of each sold package. - Event Alchemē packages range from $169–$259. - Story Alchemē engagements are custom, typically starting at $6,000+. - Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
