• Responsible for Sales Target of Hitachi Energy portfolio business in Vidarbha & Marathwada Territory • Business Development with technical specs in activities and customer connections • Promote & position Hitachi Energy portfolio in various segments like Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, OEM, & New Channels • Support Channel Partners with Sales of Capacitors, Grid Automation Relays, Dry DTs • Monitor Order Execution and support project handling team • Manage Receivables including Payment Collection as per forecast • Attend to customer complaints promptly • Participate and organize customer events like tech seminars, presentations, exhibitions • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience in MV, HV Switchgears, Grid Automation preferred
- Flair for Sales & Marketing, including Account management
- Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Proven track record of managing and facilitating change
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and local language
