Payroll Coordinator

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes, ensure accuracy in reporting, and resolve payroll-related inquiries. This role requires strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently within strict deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with payroll systems while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Process and run payroll accurately and on schedule - Generate payroll reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date - Review payroll information for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly - Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies - Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate employee data - Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as needed - Manage and track payroll-related tasks using internal systems and tools - Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Strong numerical and basic math skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute projects within set timeframes - Highly organized and able to work independently - Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information - Tech-savvy with experience using: - Microsoft Outlook - Monday.com - CentralReach (preferred) - Viventium (preferred) - Previous payroll experience is an advantage - Comfortable working U.S. hours Benefits - Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
