• The Revenue Operations Manager owns the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. • Build the RevOps roadmap and run the initiatives that move strategy forward, from OKR design to investment recommendations. • Own revenue forecasting across new business, renewals, and expansion. Leadership should never wonder whether the pipeline is real. • Build the models behind unit economics, LTV:CAC, payback periods, and the ROI of every GTM bet we make. • Track ARR, MRR, churn, net revenue retention (NRR), and expansion revenue. • Surface trends and anomalies before anyone asks. • Build the customer health scoring framework that flags risk and expansion opportunities early. • Define and track the onboarding metrics that matter: time-to-value, completion rates, early adoption signals. • Run the renewal operations calendar. CS shouldn't have to wonder who's at risk or what to do about it. • Own the HubSpot instance: pipeline configuration, custom properties, workflow automation, data governance. • Manage the integrations to SaaSgrid, ZoomInfo, BI tools, and finance systems so we operate on one source of truth. • Keep refining the instance to cut rep friction, raise data quality, and reflect how customers actually move through the journey.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems access, and collaboration tools across a distributed workforce • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues related to laptops, operating systems, networking, SaaS platforms, and user access • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, permissions, and systems access • Partner closely with HR, People Operations, and department leaders to ensure smooth employee onboarding experiences • Support and maintain productivity and collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related systems • Assist with identity and access management, including user provisioning, MFA, and security best practices • Contribute to IT process improvements, automation initiatives, and systems documentation • Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory, licensing, and endpoint management processes • Support cybersecurity initiatives, employee security training, and compliance related activities • Participate in infrastructure, systems, and operational improvement projects • Collaborate with vendors and cross functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize systems performance • Maintain accurate documentation for processes, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge resources
• Drive our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence across a growing portfolio of products and services • Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems while driving automation, reliability, and developer velocity across the organization • Work directly with senior leadership and systems architects • Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and IT teams across the globe • Modernize infrastructure, sharpen observability, and build systems that scale with INNERGY’s growth • Own design, provisioning, and evolution of INNERGY’s Azure cloud infrastructure • Drive infrastructure-as-code standards across all environments • Optimize for cost, performance, and fault tolerance • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable software delivery • Standardize deployment patterns across INNERGY's product suite • Support containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes • Reduce toil through automation and self-service tooling • Define and own SLO/SLA targets for production systems • Establish observability standards: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting • Own disaster recovery strategy and ensure systems meet recovery objectives • Lead incident response process, including runbooks, postmortems, on-call structure • Coordinate with global counterparts for follow-the-sun coverage and round-the-clock reliability • Harden infrastructure and automate security controls • Support audit and compliance requirements
• Own payroll accounting, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance across payroll, tax, benefits, and corporate filings • Ensure accuracy across payroll systems and global providers • Oversee payroll tax filings and compliance • Manage multi-state registrations and compliance • Support transition from PEO to broker-led benefits model • Coordinate global payroll and compliance through providers
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing products. • Expand existing licenses and drive cross-product adoption. • Secure contract renewals while working closely with the Customer Success team. • Create and maintain comprehensive strategic account plans. • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Own the full cycle of renewals and contract modifications. • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health. • Maintain detailed records of account activity and provide regular forecasting reporting.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, setting clear expectations, milestones, and success criteria • Guide clients through INNERGY workflows, ensuring strong adoption of systems, processes, and best practices • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify and address risks to timelines or outcomes • Keep clients engaged, accountable, and progressing toward successful go-live • Deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that drives early business value • Actively manage and resolve client tickets through Intercom, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms • Troubleshoot issues related to INNERGY Design, Microvellum Toolbox, and AutoCAD-based integrations • Support design-to-manufacturing workflows, including CAD integrations, library configurations, and production processes • Balance ticket resolution with onboarding responsibilities, ensuring both are executed effectively • Meet SLAs while maintaining a thoughtful, client-first approach • Maintain clear, proactive communication across both onboarding and support interactions • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance • Build trust with clients by being responsive, reliable, and solutions-oriented • Tag and categorize 'How-do-I' tickets to improve Intercom AI and self-service capabilities • Contribute to knowledge base articles, reusable responses, and onboarding resources • Identify trends from onboarding and support interactions to improve processes and reduce friction • Partner with Product and Engineering by documenting bugs and sharing client insights • Collaborate with Content and Training teams to enhance onboarding materials • Provide feedback to continuously improve onboarding strategy and support operations
• Design and ship new features end-to-end from idea to production in .NET MAUI (cross-platform iOS & Android) • Make architectural and technical decisions independently. You'll have the context and the mandate to do so • Take full responsibility for what your code does in production • Collaborate with product and design from scoping through release • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, whatever works) as a genuine productivity multiplier, not as a talking point • Help the people around you get better
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Ensure proper coding and approvals in accordance with company policy • Prepare and execute payment runs • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies • Maintain organized documentation to support audit readiness • Assist with AP accrual preparation under direction of accounting leadership • Support month end close activities related to accounts payable • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships • Partner with department leaders to ensure accurate expense coding • Identify process improvement opportunities within the AP function • Manage vendor onboarding process and coordinate with legal and IT to ensure policies are followed and mitigate risk to the company • Manage 1099 tax filings • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations • Implement Ramp procurement tool & help manage corporate credit card program

• Partner with Sales own the technical pre-sales cycle for Microvellum, from discovery through close, including articulating how Microvellum fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem (ERP + DESIGN) • Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows, making complex capabilities feel intuitive and tangible for prospects • Translate customer requirements into scalable Microvellum solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs) • Guide prospects through how Microvellum supports engineering-to-order and custom manufacturing environments • Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities • Serve as the voice of the customer internally — channeling feedback on trends, gaps, and opportunities to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership • Continuously refine demo environments, including libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs • Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events (e.g., Closets Expo, Wood Pro Expo, IWF, and regional events) • Contribute to INNERGY’s education mission by supporting education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events as a subject matter expert.
