• Assist the account manager in managing day-to-day communication with grocery and specialty accounts • Help prepare and follow up on purchase orders, confirmations, and shipment tracking • Support the account manager in resolving client issues or escalations in a timely manner • Pull and organize weekly/monthly sales reports • Track sell-through, scan data, and inventory levels to identify opportunities or risks • Assist in preparing presentations, line sheets, and sell-in materials for buyer meetings • Monitor account performance against targets and flag variances to the account manager • Support the account manager in building and updating sales forecasts based on scan data and account feedback • Coordinate new item setup forms (NIFs) and ensure all required information is submitted accurately and on time • Track product assortment changes, planogram updates, and new launches by account • Assist with competitive analysis and market research to identify product gaps and trends within the grocery and specialty channel • Track promotional calendars, deal submissions, and ad commitments by account • Monitor promotional performance and report results to the account manager • Coordinate with warehouse on special handling requirements, case vs. eaches fulfillment, and order priorities per account • Assist in managing chargeback processing, credits, and returns in coordination with finance • Liaise with internal teams including logistics, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth order execution • Support onboarding of new accounts by gathering required vendor setup documentation • Maintain and manage vendor portals • Manage and organize internal trackers, calendars, and meeting notes • Assist in preparing for sales meetings, and buyer presentations • Perform additional related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a related role - beauty or consumer goods industry preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English proficiency required - C1 level or above
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - comfortable pulling, organizing, and analyzing sales data (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience with NetSuite required - order management, reporting, and invoicing
  • Experience with retailer vendor portals a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
