Enterprise Account Executive
ElevenLabs
• Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts across North Asia, and Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations • Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures • Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team • Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market • Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook • Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
Job Requirements
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in North Asia and Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts — experience with large North Asia enterprises strongly preferred
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy in both English-language and Mandarin-language settings
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required; additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
