Every day, millions of people, and their loved ones, need to see a doctor. Paytient partners with thoughtful employers and health plans who understand the impact of that moment and want to ensure that every one of their plan members are easily able to access and afford care. Our clients understand that an improved ability to self-pay for care changes patient behavior and creates value for the health plan. This founding belief is becoming an emerging standard of care in health plan design and is now, in fact, a mandatory capability in some governmental health plans. Founded in 2018, Paytient is now part of nearly 6,000 employer health plans and providing certainty that people are better able to access and afford care. We’re looking for passionate, collaborative builders to join our team and help us create a future where everyone can more easily access and afford care. About The Role Paytient is seeking a Manager, B2B Product Marketing to join our B2B Growth Marketing Team. You are a master of market intelligence and a champion of sales enablement. You will light the way for our partners and sales team, ensuring our mission—helping people better access and afford care—is backed by rigorous research, clarity of thought, and world-class collateral. You will also build and manage a centralized repository to house all materials, ensuring the most up-to-date research and pitch decks are organized and easily accessible. What You’ll Bring - Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with a heavy emphasis on product marketing and sales enablement. - Analytical Rigor: Ability to take qualitative data, and consolidate it into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. - Strategic Project Orchestration: Exceptional organizational skills with a "problem-solver first" mentality. You have a track record of proactively resolving project risks, and creating the structure necessary to move high-priority initiatives from conception to completion. - Healthcare/FinTech Fluency: Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, or benefits. - Content Excellence: Storytelling skills that demonstrate an ability to simplify complex concepts with craft and diligence. - Proactive Ownership & Adaptability: An autonomous owner-operator who navigates ambiguity with ease. Strategic Partner: A fearlessly selfless team player who builds strong, trust-based relationships across the organization.
