• Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across multiple functions. • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies. • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiations. • Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process. • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reports. • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent. • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters. • Support activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives. • Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data integrity. • Generate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making. • Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth. • Partner with the HR team to drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions (or equivalent education/experience).
- Prior experience working in a software or SaaS based technoloy company.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and ADP (preferred).
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
