• Orchestrate end-to-end hiring process administration, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class candidate experience • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring teams, and clients, providing timely communication and white-glove support throughout the recruiting lifecycle • Maintain, configure, and optimize our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and clients to support great hiring outcomes • Develop, prepare, and analyze recruiting metrics, dashboards and reports to inform decision-making and improve processes • Assist in the creation and delivery of internal and candidate-facing communications • Ensure adherence to all recruiting-related compliance and regulatory requirements • Contribute to process improvements and special projects that enhance recruiting effectiveness and scalability • Engage in recruiting activities to build your talent acquisition skillset and support hiring needs • Play an integral role in recruiting projects and strategic initiatives, including trainings, summer internship program, technology initiatives, business development, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.); experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
