• Advise on U.S. federal and state employment law matters, including wage-and-hour compliance (FLSA and state analogues), meal and rest break requirements, expense reimbursement, leave laws (FMLA, state paid leave programs), and worker classification. • Support multi-state employment compliance as the company's U.S. workforce footprint grows, including monitoring new and changing state and local employment laws. • Draft, review, and maintain employment-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, and employee handbooks and policies. • Partner with HR on personnel matters, including performance management, accommodations (ADA), disciplinary actions, and terminations. • Conduct and support internal investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage claims. • Support management of employment-related disputes and litigation, including coordinating with outside counsel, managing discovery and document collection, and assisting with administrative agency matters (EEOC, state agencies, DOL). • Advise on employment aspects of insurance coverage, including EPLI policies, claims reporting, and coverage analysis. • Monitor pay practices, payroll tax compliance, and employer withholding obligations in coordination with finance and payroll teams. • Develop and deliver employment law training for managers and HR staff.

• Develop & Execute Strategy • Build and execute integrated marketing plans that support Career Team’s growth across US workforce development markets, with a focus on state and local government, workforce boards, and social service agencies. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns. • Maintain and update the Career Team website, ensuring content stays current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and initiatives. • Campaign Management • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content channels. • Draft copy and captions for social media posts, flyers, and other campaign materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. • Manage PR efforts, local events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility. • Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and media vendors. • Draft press releases and coordinate with leadership on review, approvals, and distribution. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Translate complex workforce development concepts into clear, compelling messaging for government and nonprofit audiences. • Complete individual marketing requests from stakeholders, including flyers, slideshows, and other customer-facing outreach materials. • Analytics & Reporting • Define KPIs, track results, and report marketing performance to leadership. • Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. • Event Logistics • Manage end-to-end logistics for 25–30 conferences per year across Workforce Services and Career Edge, including NAWDP, NAWB, CWA, CECU, and NASWA. • Oversee conference registrations, booth and sponsorship purchases, and staff travel coordination for team members without company cards. • Organize pre-conference planning meetings to align internal stakeholders and ensure all materials, staff assignments, and logistics are in order. • Own the national webinar calendar, pitching topic ideas that align with the overall marketing plan and tie into upcoming conferences and industry events. • Coordinate all webinar logistics end-to-end: collect speaker bios and headshots, build and configure Zoom Webinar events, and manage registration setup.
• Maintain and continuously improve the System Security Plan (SSP), policies, procedures, and standards aligned to NIST 800-53 and SOC 2. • Own the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) lifecycle: tracking, aging, remediation evidence, and monthly continuous monitoring deliverables. • Manage the control evidence catalog—what evidence exists, where it lives, when it was last refreshed, and what's coming up for renewal. • Coordinate with the U.S. security team and 3PAOs to support GovRAMP, FedRAMP, and state-level (TX-RAMP, ) authorization and continuous monitoring activities. • Run our third-party risk management program end-to-end: security questionnaires, due diligence, contract review, recurring reassessments. • Maintain the enterprise risk register, facilitate risk acceptance decisions, and translate technical risk into business language for executives. • Administer subcontractor flow-down obligations and PII safeguarding certifications across all relevant agreements. • Track contractual security obligations across state customer contracts and ensure we meet every commitment on schedule. • Maintain and version-control our policy library—written in plain English, not boilerplate. • Run our security awareness training program, phishing simulations, and Rules of Behavior administration. • Author tabletop exercise scenarios, facilitate exercises, and produce after-action reports with concrete remediation owners. • Partner with HR and IT on onboarding and offboarding security checklists, access reviews, and acceptable use enforcement.
• Initiate, track and complete the self-paced employee onboarding process via ADP Workforcenow for all employees across the US and PH. • Review employee information for accuracy, including name, address, tax ID, tax withholdings, etc. • Update employee payroll information including marital status, job titles, wages, hires and separations. • Ensure the integrity of the payroll data entry of the US based team by reviewing employee timecards for their regular hours, overtime, sick or vacation time and other pay codes. • Input additional earnings, such as bonuses or commissions. • Ensure compliance with US federal, state and local tax laws and regulations. • Calculate and process payroll adjustments in the ADP Workforce Now system. • Assist with other special payments and other reconciliations as needed. • Respond to and resolve all payroll inquiries in an accurate, courteous, and confidential manner. • Prepare weekly and monthly headcount summary and other reports as needed. • Edit ADP’s set up as needed to accommodate the various labor laws, leave laws and compliance requirements across the United States • Approach each day with a “Zag” mindset • Other duties as needed.

You are building a high-performance function from the ground up — hiring, structuring, and coaching are central to this role. • Manage the full payroll lifecycle across 15+ US states, serving as the final escalation point for complex tax and systems issues. • Lead withholding, filing, and reconciliation across all state jurisdictions, including SUTA/FUTA, FICA, and local tax nexus management. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for ADP Workforce Now (or equivalent platform), ensuring system integrity, integration, and continuous optimization. • Manage registration of new state tax IDs and oversee all compliance obligations across a growing US footprint. • Lead responses to all federal and state tax notices, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations including W-2/W-3 processing. • Deliver accurate, timely payroll and compliance reporting to the C-suite, including 401(k) contributions, audit status, and trend analysis. • Drive the shift from manual, reactive payroll processing to automated, scalable, and audit-ready operations.
