Recruitment Coordinator

• Gains a thorough understanding of the market sector and develops recruitment strategies • Utilizes innovative and creative approaches to recruitment • Can support and/or own the tracking, organization, automations and management of platforms like ClickUp and Freshservice. • Ensures a constant applicant flow and keeps an active database for current and future positions • Ensures recruitment targets for program requirements are met • Screens resumes, conducts interviews, reference checks, and prepares employment offers • Serves as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients • Handles communications (phone calls, emails and virtual video meets) with a wide variety of candidates • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates • Collaborates with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies • Creates and posts job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums • Manages job postings internally and externally • Maintains confidential files and data integrity • Contributes to team and corporate projects intended to improve processes and procedures • Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset • Assist with HR projects and other duties as requested or assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
  • In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, project & process management platforms and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ClickUp, Fresh Service, ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

What You’ll Do Project Leadership - Manage one or more large-scope land acquisition campaigns from site due diligence to closing Lead Complex Negotiations - Lead high-level negotiations for complex real estate agreements, including leases, purchases, easements, and surface waivers with private landowners, corporate entities, and legal counsel. Consultant Management - Perform effective management and performance enablement of third-party land agents and brokers. Reporting & Tracking - Maintain site control trackers and provide regular land acquisition reporting internally across the organization. Due Diligence - Initiate and manage mineral ownership reports and surface waiver agreement campaigns. Stakeholder Engagement - Manage relationships with landowners and community groups to facilitate strong community engagement. Financial Oversight - Assist in preparing and updating land acquisition budgets and utilize financial models for project assessment. What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 5+ years of real estate development or acquisition experience, with at least 2 years specifically closing transactions in the renewable energy industry. - Skilled in GIS applications, Google Earth, Google Suite, and Slack. - Ability to pivot based on scope changes, process updates, or environmental constraints. - Strong familiarity with land/environmental policy, mineral interests, and standard land acquisition terms across multiple markets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at influencing counter-parties to adhere to strict schedules. - Travel- 25-50% availability for site visits and in-person stakeholder meetings.
