Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, influencing, and closing franchise agreements

- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales and development goals

Role Description Our client supplies consumer housewares, kitchen utensils, home goods, and general merchandise to supermarkets across the United States and is looking to grow its footprint with smaller accounts such as convenience stores, gas stations, and other retailers across the USA. They are looking for a driven and confident Outbound Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and order placement. This role is a high-activity, phone-based sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling 100 outbound cold calls per day.
