• Generate leads for potential franchisees through various channels • Source, qualify, and close new franchise candidates through proactive outreach and strategic networking • Partnership with the development team to identify growth areas • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads • Deliver compelling brand presentations and discovery day experiences • Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful onboarding • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
