Role Description Majesco is modernizing how insurers design, deliver, and operate core systems. This Solution Architect role sits between solution strategy and hands-on technical leadership, focused on Claims implementations in the Property & Casualty space. - Act as a trusted technical and architectural advisor for Claims implementations across P&C lines of business. - Lead solution design while staying close to the technology to help resolve the most complex challenges. - Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to surface risks early, align expectations, and keep work moving forward. - Facilitate requirements, design, and solution review discussions with business and IT stakeholders. - Partner with leadership to navigate complex delivery, customer, or organizational considerations that impact client outcomes and long-term relationships. - Drive structured issue resolution by coordinating internal teams, prioritizing work, addressing root causes, and improving long-term system stability. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to influence platform direction and implementation quality. - Contribute to modernization efforts, including cloud-based deployments and AI-enabled enhancements to claims workflows. - Participate in team initiatives exploring how AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation can be responsibly applied in insurance platforms. Qualifications - 7 to 10 plus years of experience in enterprise software implementation or delivery. - 3 plus years of hands-on experience with Claims platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Insurity, Majesco, or similar). - Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance, especially claims. - Experience leading solution design or technical workstreams on client-facing projects. - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with business and IT leaders. - Solid working knowledge of enterprise technology concepts, including: - Java-based applications (conceptual understanding). - APIs and integration patterns. - XML, Oracle PL/SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools. - Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (exposure preferred). - Comfort working in Agile delivery environments. - Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially around AI-driven capabilities in insurance technology. • Configure, support, and enhance internal and external software applications in alignment with approved business processes. • Assist with evaluating existing business workflows and identifying opportunities to improve system usage, data accuracy, and efficiency. • Maintain system documentation, usage guidelines, and standard operating procedures. • Build, maintain, and support system‑to‑system data interfaces used by the enterprise Data Warehouse. • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to move data from ERP systems and third‑party applications into centralized reporting structures. • Create and maintain data mappings, validation rules, error handling, and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity. • Support integrations using APIs, flat files, and database connections, working directly with vendors and internal teams as needed. • Assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise Data Warehouse, including data staging, transformations, and reporting layers. • Ensure accuracy, stability, and consistency of enterprise data used for reporting and analysis. • Support the integration of new data sources, including those from acquired business units. • Develop, maintain, and distribute Power BI reports and dashboards based on business and management priorities. • Provide hands‑on support for enterprise ERP systems, with a primary focus on Epicor Kinetics. • Respond to end‑user issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions. • Assist in developing training materials and deliver end‑user training as needed to promote effective system use. • Support onboarding and offboarding of acquired or divested business units from a systems and data integration perspective. • Assist with data migration, validation, and system alignment activities. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned that are consistent with the role.

Develop and deploy integrations within AWS MWAA and BEACON cloud environments. Perform business systems analysis, including data validation, requirements definition, and software configuration.
