• Executes full cycle recruiting Company-wide, utilizing the applicant tracking system with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to the process. • Build strategic partnerships with the business and hiring managers, make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications. • Develop sourcing strategies that will maximize the exposure of Badger’s open positions and identify top talent. • Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers to discuss needs and search progress. • Partner with hiring manager to define interview team, interview parameters, and competency requirements for interview team; participate in interviews and facilitate debriefing sessions as needed.
Role Description Join Badger Meter – Driving Innovation in Water Technology. As a Channel Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships with our authorized distributors. You’ll work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform water management. - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with Badger Meter’s goals and values. - Partner with distributors to present innovative water technology solutions to customers and prospects. - Provide coaching, training, and support to distributor teams, leveraging Badger Meter’s collaborative culture and resources. - Monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that drive mutual success. - Share competitive insights and market trends to help distributors stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience managing distributor relationships; water industry experience is a plus. - Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Ability to travel up to 50% within your territory. • Partner with municipal and utility customers to understand operational challenges across lift stations, collection systems, and stormwater networks, delivering tailored DFS SCADA and telemetry solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators, engineers, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted resource for system optimization and modernization. • Collaborate with industry innovators and leverage team expertise to present new technologies and products to current and prospective clients. • Educate customers on best practices and emerging technologies in remote monitoring, alarm management, system integration, and digital transformation. • Serve as a resource and advisor, ensuring customers stay informed on the latest advancements in AMI, smart metering, and water quality solutions. • Represent Badger Meter and Data Flow Systems at industry events, technical conferences, and customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and partnerships. • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and enhance customer experience.

Develop and deploy integrations within AWS MWAA and BEACON cloud environments. Perform business systems analysis, including data validation, requirements definition, and software configuration.

• Provide field technical support for customers and calibration services • Perform field training for customers either onsite or using internet based methods • Perform internal training and testing when new products or significant changes occur in existing products • Analysis of measurement data • Software supported documentation and tracking of support cases & projects • Provide feedback to corporate training group on training materials such as guides and quick reference cards and to Marketing and Technical Support for purposes of resolving customer issues • Remain proficient and up–to-date in meter and system technology including software, both with Badger Meter products, and competitive product offerings • Respond to customer requests and questions in a timely manner, communicating effectively to both internal and external customers • Handling of repairs and global RMA process • Ability to assembly custom Blue Edge solutions
