Senior Applications Architect

Integrated Pharma Solutions (IPS)

• Configure, support, and enhance internal and external software applications in alignment with approved business processes. • Assist with evaluating existing business workflows and identifying opportunities to improve system usage, data accuracy, and efficiency. • Maintain system documentation, usage guidelines, and standard operating procedures. • Build, maintain, and support system‑to‑system data interfaces used by the enterprise Data Warehouse. • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to move data from ERP systems and third‑party applications into centralized reporting structures. • Create and maintain data mappings, validation rules, error handling, and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity. • Support integrations using APIs, flat files, and database connections, working directly with vendors and internal teams as needed. • Assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise Data Warehouse, including data staging, transformations, and reporting layers. • Ensure accuracy, stability, and consistency of enterprise data used for reporting and analysis. • Support the integration of new data sources, including those from acquired business units. • Develop, maintain, and distribute Power BI reports and dashboards based on business and management priorities. • Provide hands‑on support for enterprise ERP systems, with a primary focus on Epicor Kinetics. • Respond to end‑user issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions. • Assist in developing training materials and deliver end‑user training as needed to promote effective system use. • Support onboarding and offboarding of acquired or divested business units from a systems and data integration perspective. • Assist with data migration, validation, and system alignment activities. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned that are consistent with the role.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience working with ERP systems, enterprise applications, or data platforms in a manufacturing or operations‑focused environment
  • Experience supporting or building data warehouse integrations and reporting solutions
  • Working knowledge of business process analysis and system‑driven workflows
  • Ability to analyze problems, document findings, and recommend effective solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams

Role Description StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Senior SysML Modeler/Architect for Cameo/Teamcenter (Remote Work Authorized), to support our NAVAIR customer's aviation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. The Senior SysML Modeler/Architect for Cameo/Teamcenter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements: - MBSE Leadership: Guide developers in the design, development, and implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models and architectures using Cameo Systems Modeler to meet and exceed contract requirements. - Requirements Translation: Participate in the analysis, decomposition, and interpretation of system requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into detailed system models and architecting their implementation across multiple, concurrent projects. - PLM Integration Strategy: Facilitate the integration of system architectures into the broader organizational PLM plan.
