• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Northeast region • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in the Northeast • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies • Provide sales leadership to manufacturers’ Sales Representatives • Evaluate proficiency of manufacturers’ representatives relative to maintaining product line sales balance • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information using CRM software • Represent the company at customer and industry events in the Northeast region • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or commensurate industry experience
- Commercial HVAC sales experience
- 6-8 years of related sales experience and leadership in support of manufacturers Reps
- 5+ years of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and application experience
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 60% throughout the Northeast region
