Role Description El equipo de ventas de RealAdvisor es el motor clave de adquisición y crecimiento de clientes a nivel global. Como Ejecutivo de ventas digitales, gestionarás el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre y la activación del cliente. Buscamos perfiles comerciales con un fuerte enfoque en venta consultiva y orientada a soluciones, capaces de dominar su mercado objetivo y contribuir activamente a la expansión de nuestra base de clientes. Serás responsable de ofrecer una experiencia excelente al cliente, identificando oportunidades, gestionando el pipeline y avanzando cada oportunidad a lo largo del funnel de ventas. Responsibilities - Presentaciones comerciales: realizar demos y presentaciones por videoconferencia de nuestro ecosistema inmobiliario a agencias inmobiliarias para vender nuestros servicios. - Venta consultiva: comprender las necesidades del cliente y comunicar de forma clara la propuesta de valor de nuestras soluciones. - Gestión completa del ciclo de ventas: prospección outbound, seguimiento de leads inbound y oportunidades generadas por el equipo SDR. - Dominio del producto: adquirir un profundo conocimiento de RealAdvisor, su posicionamiento y casos de uso para guiar a los clientes hacia la mejor solución. - Colaboración y feedback: trabajar de forma transversal con otros equipos para mejorar continuamente nuestras ofertas y procesos comerciales. - Gestión del tiempo y prioridades: organización rigurosa para optimizar prospección, seguimiento y cierre de oportunidades. - Autonomía y trabajo en equipo: capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborar eficazmente en un entorno multidisciplinar. - Orientación a resultados: experiencia demostrada en el cumplimiento y superación de objetivos comerciales. - Venta basada en soluciones: habilidad para analizar necesidades y adaptar la propuesta comercial. - Dominio de herramientas CRM: experiencia con Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho u otras plataformas similares. - Experiencia previa en el sector inmobiliario es un plus. - Experiencia comercial en startups o entornos de alto crecimiento. - Nivel fluido de español. IFG operates in a hybrid environment that fluctuates from week to week and is typically in the office 3 days. There is 1 week per month when the entire IFG team is in the office for the whole week.
