Role Description This position is in the HCM/Payroll-Engineering area. Qualifications - Previous experience as Engineer Manager having led several engineering projects in that capacity. - Experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum product management practice and methodology preferred. - Familiarization with cloud delivery operations ideally & DevOps & product Management. - Well-developed technical understanding and align efficiently with technical experts in the organization. - Leadership qualities such as vision, integrity, resilience, and ability to inspire and motivate individuals and engineering teams. - Ability to build and foster a positive team culture, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts within the team. - Good experience in coaching and mentoring. - Strategic mindset to align engineering efforts with the overall business objectives and long-term goals of the CPTO organization. - Strong problem-solving skills are needed to address challenges, overcome obstacles, and drive execution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in computer science, engineering, or physics is advantageous. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
