• Maintain an enterprise-wide EHS Information and Data Management Systems as Central Administrator for those systems • Maintain and conduct enterprise-wide and site/business unit level EHS corrective action systems • Design, implement and lead enterprise systems and activities for EHS performance metrics • Support for enterprise-wide document control of EHS programs and policies • Participate in developing and implementing H&S modules and standards • Support EHS auditing program tasks up to and including Lead Auditor assignments • Analyze and communicate EHS data trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related Science field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, etc…) is required
- Master’s Degree in EHS or related Science field is preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in an EHS or Analysis function
- Manufacturing experience is a bonus
- Two to five years of experience in EHS data systems/program management preferred, including management of third party IS technical consultants
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety sciences and applicable regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc….)
- Advanced knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills (written, speaking and listening)

Total Rewards The salary range for this job is $40,000 to $61,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SBA Portfolio Manager to join our growing SBA Lending team. As our portfolio expands in both volume and complexity, this role is critical to ensuring strong portfolio oversight, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SBA loan servicing and portfolio management and will play a key leadership role in shaping our servicing strategy. This role will focus on maintaining the bank’s growing portfolio of SBA loans, which primarily includes: - Standard 7(a) and 7(a) Small Loans - Express - International Trade - Export Working Capital - 504 programs The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for: - Overseeing the annual review process including collection and analysis of annual financial statements - Managing all servicing action requests - Contacting clients whose loans become delinquent - Assisting the bank’s Senior Credit Risk Officer with loan workouts and liquidations for SBA clients - Performing post-closing file reviews - Participation in SBA and internal audits - Overflow underwriting depending on volume and availability - Identifying the need for and cross-selling deposit accounts to small business clients The position will be 100% remote. Therefore, the right candidate must be responsible and a self-starter. Past experience working remotely is preferable but not required. Clients include small business owners throughout the lower 48 states; therefore, spoken and written communication skills will be of high importance.
