• Design engaging learning solutions for external audiences using adult learning and instructional design principles. • Create high-quality facilitator and learner resources, presentation decks, assessments, and digital learning content. • Develop e-learning modules and multimedia learning assets using contemporary authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. • Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and fit for purpose. • Ensure all learning materials align with brand, accessibility, and quality standards.

• Provide leadership, direction and support to Youth Leaders and members of the Aotearoa Youth division • Effectively manage the Division to ensure a high performing team of Leaders and members • Provide mentoring, development and people leadership to Assistant Divisional Managers, Youth Leaders and Cadet NCO's • Contribute to annual, term, nightly and lesson programme planning • Ensure Divisional involvement across all aspect of the Youth Program • Actively engage in the delivery of Regional and District Level events as required • Ensure implementation and adherence to all St John Policies and procedures
