• Hire, coach, and drive an outstanding Solution Engineering team to deliver against assigned goals • Manage individual and team performance ensuring that we are taking the necessary actions to maintain high levels of performance • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong management consulting skills to influence thinking or gain acceptance of multiple customer constituencies • Work to improve the SailPoint sales methodology and processes effectively, including development of product presentations and demonstrations tailored to our partners requirements and tuned to suit the level and nature of the audience • Assess gaps in evolving training needs and then create and implement programs to improve sales, product and technology skills of the Sales Engineering team • Work with Regional Sales directors on account planning, strategy, and sales call activity • Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly field sales, product management and marketing • Manage relationships with product teams & decision makers both internally and externally
Job Requirements
- Previous experience, 5+ years as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer
- Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to a technical and business audiences
- The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of the solutions, market dynamics and best practices in the Identity Security market

Role Description Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist for the Technology and Information Solutions department. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the organization’s constituent relationship management systems, ensuring the seamless flow of information and leveraging technology to enhance the organization’s supporter engagement efforts. This position supports the vision, strategy, and operations for all enterprise solutions in support of the constituent experience. Included in this role is the upkeep and improvement of constituent relationship management and related platforms, encompassing access control, user support, and training. The role is instrumental in ensuring systems health and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) in response to user requests. - Supports the vision, strategy and roadmap for systems across the enterprise. Executes against that strategy and vision. • Take ownership of sales activities and drive performance to achieve the annual order and revenue targets set by the company. • Execute go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence. • Prepare and manage sales proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. • Handle sales administration tasks, including order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records. • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, providing regular updates on pipeline and business outlook. • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. • Ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner. • Updates project schedules and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs. • Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope. • Assists managers to manage the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure all materials delivered can be billed timely. • Responsible for organizing all on-site construction activities for complex projects.
