Qualifications - Bac +2 avec formation Technico-commercial et électrotechnique. - Expérience éprouvée dans le monde de la distribution d'énergie et/ou automatisme industriel. Role Description Agilent’s Diagnostics and Genomics Group is seeking a customer‑focused In‑Field Customer Application Specialist (CAS) to support new and existing customers in the Chicagoland territory. Role Description Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing Videojet equipment at customer sites across all of Ireland. This is a customer-facing field role where you will: - Troubleshoot technical issues - Install new equipment - Support customers to ensure their production lines operate efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities that improve customer performance and satisfaction This role is ideally based in West Meat, Meath, Kildare, Dublin, with flexibility to travel widely across the territory. Engineers typically start their day from home and travel to customer sites, with average travel times of 1–2 hours each way depending on location. Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on customer needs.
