Field Service Engineer
Veralto
Role Description Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing Videojet equipment at customer sites across all of Ireland. This is a customer-facing field role where you will: - Troubleshoot technical issues - Install new equipment - Support customers to ensure their production lines operate efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities that improve customer performance and satisfaction This role is ideally based in West Meat, Meath, Kildare, Dublin, with flexibility to travel widely across the territory. Engineers typically start their day from home and travel to customer sites, with average travel times of 1–2 hours each way depending on location. Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on customer needs.
