• Realizar pruebas manuales para garantizar que las aplicaciones web y móviles cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. • Crear casos de prueba detallados y estructurados basados en requisitos, especificaciones y User Stories, con un enfoque especial en aplicaciones web y móviles. • Identificar, documentar y hacer seguimiento de errores de software , colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para su resolución. • Elaborar informes de prueba completos y comunicar los resultados al equipo y a otros stakeholders. • Ejecutar pruebas dinámicas para asegurar que el software cumpla con los estándares de rendimiento, seguridad y fiabilidad. • Participar activamente en equipos ágiles y apoyar los procesos de integración continua y despliegue. • Opcional: Realizar pruebas de accesibilidad según las directrices WCAG 2.1 / 2.2. • Opcional: Apoyar en la automatización de pruebas en entornos web y móviles.

Job Requirements

  • Formación completada en Informática , Desarrollo de Software o un campo similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable en Software Testing , especialmente en pruebas manuales de aplicaciones web y móviles.
  • Conocimiento sólido de métodos y técnicas de prueba , así como en la creación de conceptos de prueba.
  • Certificación ISTQB o una cualificación equivalente.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de aplicaciones iOS, Android y aplicaciones web modernas.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia con frameworks de prueba , idealmente también en el entorno Flutter.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo , con capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con desarrolladores, Product Owners y otros stakeholders.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) es una ventaja.
  • Dominio del alemán a nivel C1 o nativo y buen nivel de inglés (C1).

Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Technician – Level 2 is an advanced-level individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance activities across complex software systems. This role serves as a technical expert in testing methodologies, automation, and defect management and collaborating closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities - Quality Assurance & Testing - Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex applications and system integrations. - Perform advanced manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Validate software against business requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards. - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects to resolution using defect tracking tools. - Automation & Tooling - Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. - Evaluate and recommend QA tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality and test coverage. - Collaboration & Leadership - Work cross-functionally with software developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams. - Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings to incorporate quality early in the development lifecycle. - Process Improvement & Compliance - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, SDLC processes, and applicable regulatory or customer requirements. - Support release readiness activities and risk assessments. - Collaborate with Quality System Management to maintain an audit trail for software validation processes. Qualifications - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Typically 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing. Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies. - Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps). - Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG). - Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs, and basic code (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL).
