Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Technician – Level 2 is an advanced-level individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance activities across complex software systems. This role serves as a technical expert in testing methodologies, automation, and defect management and collaborating closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
