Sales Compensation Administrator
Optro
• Process monthly commissions and bonus calculations for domestic and international employees by inputting new employees and plans and reflecting changes • Develop processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies and reduce risk of error • Compute and review sales data in relation to commission and bonus calculations • Partner with cross functional teams such as People, IT, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, etc. to assist and streamline the process for commission calculation and plan distribution, provide insights • Perform research of compensation issues and provide analysis to facilitate timely resolution • Respond to employee inquiries and generate internal documentation on compensation plans, reporting guidelines and compensation related FAQs • Prepare and review submissions of monthly commissions payments to payroll within specified deadlines • Work with team to administer, configure and optimize commission software tools • Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience within accounting and/or incentives compensation
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite and CaptivateIQ or other incentive compensation management tools is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel required
- Attention to detail and ability to drive process improvements
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
- A detail-oriented self starter with excellent problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work a PDT schedule

• In your role as Personnel Services Specialist (m/f/d) - zvoove Payroll, your mission is to act as the primary contact for our customers for any questions related to zvoove Payroll and to ensure timely problem resolution. • You will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction. • By doing so, you will also strengthen long-standing successful partnerships and contribute to zvoove’s continued success. • With your open and customer-focused manner, you provide our customers with the necessary (technical) support for payroll and salary administration in all support inquiries. • You are responsible for configuring our software for customers, independently analyzing issues, responding to user requests by phone, email or remote access, and carefully documenting all processes. • You support our customers with everyday questions about our software and guide them through onboarding as well as the successful preparation of their payroll. • Building and continuously expanding expert knowledge of our products is a matter of course for you. • Through your interaction with customers, colleagues, sales and the product team, you form an important interface and increase the value of our services. • After successful onboarding, you will conduct seminars for our customers (online or in person) to further train our users successfully.
• Lead payroll for 700+ employees across EMEA, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Lead a regional HR/payroll team and support vendor coordination. • Drive payroll system improvements and standardisation efforts. • Lead audits and special payroll cycles. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high level of quality payroll services. • Execute operational tasks to support day-to-day payroll delivery operations as needed.
