Treasury Analyst
Coastal
• Own the daily cash position, intraday liquidity monitoring, and short‑term funding execution (e.g., FHLB advances, brokered deposits, fed funds/lines) within established limits and policies. • Forecast cash position to anticipate cash shortfalls/excesses to provide management with early warning indicators and appropriately source additional funding to mitigate shortfalls and invest excesses. • Coordinate settlement activities and reconcile cash movements across Treasury, Finance, and Operations. • Support the preparation of liquidity coverage and availability analyses, including HQLA tracking, early warning indicators, and contingency funding plan documentation. • Assist in maintaining liquidity dashboards, trend analyses, and monitoring of key liquidity ratios. • Contribute to periodic liquidity stress testing, including scenario runs, assumption updates, and documentation of results. • Assist in operating ALM systems (e.g., Jack Henry ProfitStars or similar), including data validation, ETL checks, and input of key assumptions (betas, decay, prepayments). • Support the preparation of Earnings at Risk (EaR) and Economic Value of Equity (EVE) analyses and related reporting. • Help develop IRR reporting packages and scenario analyses for review by Treasury leadership and ALCO. • Support the capital planning process by compiling data inputs for capital adequacy assessments and multi-year forecasts. • Assist in preparing Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) calculations and capital ratio projections under baseline and stressed scenarios. • Enhance data pipelines, controls, and automated dashboards for liquidity, funding, IRR, and profitability metrics; improve close/forecast cycles and reduce manual work. • Maintain Treasury, Liquidity, IRR policies, procedures, and control inventories; support audits/exams; ensure segregation of duties, reconciliations, and documentation quality. • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Accounting, Operations, IT, and BaaS stakeholders to align assumptions, data integrity, and execution timelines. Support strategic initiatives led by the Corporate Treasurer and CFO.
Job Requirements
- Proven record operating and improving treasury processes in complex or high‑growth environments; strong change management and continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical thinker who connects model outputs to balance sheet strategy; adept at identifying issues, proposing solutions, and mitigating risk through disciplined execution.
- Strong organization and project management; able to juggle multiple priorities with high accuracy and accountability.
- Demonstrated experience automating financial or treasury processes, including cash reporting, reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, or management reporting.
- Collaborative and influential partner who upholds Coastal’s values and promotes high standards in governance, transparency, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP preferred. CFA/CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive treasury/ALM experience in a regulated financial institution; prior exposure to liquidity risk, funding execution, and interest rate risk analyses.
- Proficiency with ALM software (e.g., Jack Henry ProfitStars or similar) and advanced Excel/financial systems; strong data extraction/merging and complex analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory capital, risk‑weighted assets, liquidity ratios/limits, and policy frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical results into clear business insights for ALCO and executive stakeholders.

Role Description onX is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst to support the Offroad vertical. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Offroad-related geospatial content moves reliably through onX systems and into customers’ hands. You will collaborate closely with Offroad Product Managers, a Geospatial Project Manager, as well as with developers to execute geospatial work that supports the Offroad product roadmap. This role is focused on implementation and delivery. You will apply strong technical judgment to build, maintain, and validate geospatial datasets and pipelines that are performant, scalable, and trustworthy. This role lives within the Content domain, which is responsible for cartography, data processing, data analysis, and data sourcing across onX. You will be part of a broader team of Geospatial Analysts, Geospatial Project Managers, and Engineers supporting multiple verticals across the organization. This role reports to a Geospatial Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead mapping innovation at a company passionate about outdoor recreation and technical excellence.
