Website Analytics Specialist (Hybrid) Chicago, IL We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. About the Role: As a Website Analytics Specialist, problem-solving, self-directing, and action-oriented thinkers are required. You will be responsible for improving website performance by monitoring key conversion funnels, managing our website analytics tracking and tag management, creating reporting in Adobe Analytics and other tracking tools, running conversion optimization tests, maintaining our marketing website content and executing SEO/AEO tactics. The role will be focused on supporting our CashNetUSA brand and does not include direct supervisory responsibilities. We’re looking for someone ready to turn insights into impact for the CashNetUSA brand. Responsibilities: - Monitor, assess, and report on website and funnel performance. Provide weekly reporting updates and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives. - Stay at the forefront of the evolving search and LLM landscapes by integrating AEO strategies into the overarching digital roadmap. - Analyze visitor segments and traffic trends for optimization and content opportunities. - Work with our internal creative team to manage and maintain our marketing website. - Create and maintain Adobe Analytics reporting for the marketing team and help the marketing team investigate and troubleshoot conversion issues. - Partner with cross-functional teams to test UI and UX enhancements to improve the customer application flow. - Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel A/B tests to increase conversion rates. - Manage implementation of SEO initiatives (manage agency partnerships, work with internal creative teams to optimize website, track rankings and performance, etc.). Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, UX, marketing analytics, SEO, or related fields. - Have strong web analytics skills with extensive experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar web analytics tools. - Have experience managing implementation and administration of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools. - Have experience with website and tag management (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc.), and basic HTML knowledge (CSS and other coding is a plus) - Have experience designing and running A/B tests through tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target. - Basic understanding of SEO strategy and HTML. - Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools; SQL preferred. - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a creative and problem-solving mindset. Compensation This position includes various levels within our career ladder. The actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the ranges shown. Budgeted annual salary ranges: - Marketing Associate: $68,500-$99,000 - Senior Marketing Associate: $75,600-$109,200 Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus.
