• You will be the hands-on owner of our analytics and data ecosystem, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. • In this role, you will manage, build, maintain, and ingest data from various source systems (such as HRIS, ATS, and Identity). • We are looking for an ambidextrous engineer who is highly proficient in using Claude Code and other GenAI tools to rapidly build both the middle data layer (canonical models, semantic layers) and the app layer. • Through this hybrid approach, you will surface insights and create beautiful UI visuals that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for end users.

• Data modeling (facts, dimensions, metrics) and maintenance of pipelines/transformations using SQL and the team’s tools (e.g., dbt, Spark, or Databricks). • Contribute to quality tests and the documentation of metrics and business rules. • Assist in delivering tables/views for analytical consumption, ensuring best practices (naming, descriptions, consistency). • Work alongside Data Engineering, BI/Analysts, and Data Science (on well-defined tasks). • Participate in governance initiatives (lineage, catalog, access) and in gradual improvements to data reliability.

• Participate in transforming traditional BI into an AI-augmented BI model. • Maintain and evolve data modeling and dashboards in Looker (LookML), ensuring operational continuity. • Build GenBI layers for automatic insight generation and conversational analytics. • Develop data products with applied AI, such as automated summaries and intelligent alerts. • Automate workflows, queries, and documentation using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. • Mentor the technical team, establishing new standards and analytics best practices. • Translate business challenges into high-impact analytical solutions for stakeholders and clients.
