Description The Role: We are currently looking for a candidate to fill Scum Leader role for the In-house Chassis Analytics software design team focused on data analysis, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for the chassis area. This includes vehicle domains such as braking, steering, suspension, vehicle dynamics, and more. The Scrum Leader indirectly manages a scrum team (6-12 engineers) in designing and implementing technical software solutions for chassis analytics. He or she will utilize the standard methods roadmap, plan, and execute cloud-based software routines for this space. The Scrum Leader must collaborate with multiple areas of the business (Stakeholders, Customers, other scrums, and the Product Management Team). This role requires the high levels of leadership and program management background. We are seeking creative, highly motivated, agile thinkers with passion and expertise in Controls & Software. What You'll Do: - Facilitate the scrum team's ceremonies including daily/weekly standups, iteration reviews, iteration planning, demos, and their retrospective. - Attend and actively engage in the Scrum of Scrums, and Scrum Lead Centers of Practice. - Prepare the team and assist with PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. - Owner and creator of the Teams' Kanban board to help the team complete their committed work. - Coordinate inter-team cooperation when needed. - Support software team standard practices.
