Lead, HRBP

DIRECTV

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives. • Build relationships with the business to gain insights and effectively provide expert HR support. • Create strategic business plans to implement HR end to end support and roll out HR programs and practices including compensation, staffing, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and employee development. • Provide employee relations support including guidance and expertise on employee matters. • Support change management, training, and development of employees. • Support the talent acquisition process including the selection and successfully onboarding of new employees.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA Human Resources degree preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in an HR partner position or related field.
  • Deep expertise in HR data analytics and knowledge of HR systems including Workday.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook and Word.
  • Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data.
