• Design and develop enterprise grade, high volume web and data applications platforms and state of the art technical solutions leveraging variety of technologies in public cloud such as AWS or GCP • Develop and support APIs and business logic leveraging C#, .NET, docker, RabbitMQ etc • Develop and support web user interfaces using JavaScript Frameworks such as View.js, React.js • Well versed with cloud native technologies and design patterns to build scalable cloud-based applications. • Participate in design discussions and solution design sessions with product management and software development teams to shape new product features and platform capabilities. • Provide support to critical production issues and infrastructure needs. • Provide hands on guidance and mentorship to a team of front-end and back-end developers. • Enjoy coaching, mentoring and guiding peer developers and QA engineers and working collaboratively with product and program managers, DevOps and other technical leaders. • Contribute to evaluation, prototyping and selection of software solutions that will improve our technology infrastructure. • Make recommendations to enhance performance and scalability of our flagship products. • Develop unit tests and API integration tests to maximize code coverage in accordance with the software test pyramid. • Apply Test Driven Development practices and software quality measurement tools to the improve quality of delivered software. • Foster and support a culture of innovation and excellence in the engineering organization.

• Develop and improve test strategy, test standards, test plans, test reports, and QA processes • Organize and manage test design and implementation tasks on a project for **yourself and the whole QA team (8-10 people) • Conduct and report on the analysis of test results and coverage factors. • Develop and execute tests for end-to-end scenarios, reported customer-facing **issues, and other externally initiated sources. • Participate in requirements discussions and identify requirements that may be **missing, wrong, or lacking clarity. • Ensure proper communication occurs with the project teams on the test status, **issues and deployment risk. • Work with development and project management to troubleshoot issues, manage change and mitigate risk.

• Process payroll and payroll-related transactions accurately and on schedule, supporting employees and contractors across the LATAM & U.S., including regular payroll cycles, off-cycle payments, adjustments, deductions, medical leaves (USA and Costa Rica) and final pay calculations where applicable. • Maintain employee payroll and HR data in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up to date throughout the employee lifecycle. • Review timesheets, pay changes, bonuses, commissions, leave entries, garnishments, and tax withholdings to ensure proper processing and compliance. • Draft, review, track, and manage employment-related contracts and agreements, including offer documentation, contractor agreements, amendments, and other people-related records for the U.S. Costa Rica and LATAM in partnership with internal stakeholders. • Support payroll and HR operations compliance by helping monitor applicable wage, tax, and employment requirements and coordinating with internal or external partners as needed across the LATAM & U.S.. • Respond to employee and manager questions related to pay, timekeeping, deductions, direct deposit, and HR operational processes with clarity and professionalism. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding operational tasks, including employee documentation, system updates, status changes, and payroll-related setup or closeout activities. • Partner with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to reconcile payroll data, support audits, prepare standard reports, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Protect confidential employee and compensation information by following internal controls, privacy standards, and data handling best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve payroll and HR operations workflows, strengthen documentation, and support process automation or system enhancements. • As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.

• Managing the teams of 20+ people (Scrum Masters, Architects, Tech Leads, DevOps, Developers, QAs) • Leading the People Management process (as a team with HR, Program Manager ): one-on-one meetings, managing employees retention risks, maintaining high motivation, team building etc. • Identifying risks and issues, working on the mitigation strategies and communicate to stakeholders • Coaching of individual team members and teams to make sure constant development • Setting clear goals to individuals, helping with impediments • Providing regular feedbacks to team members (3-month, half-year, yearly) • Monitoring and managing team dynamics. • Build and lead Newfire's clinical data engineering capability • Evolve healthcare data architecture and reusable patterns for data engineering problems • Identify opportunities for client value in data engineering • Provide technical leadership in client engagements • Review architectures and debug pipeline issues • Serve as a liaison between data engineering and other consulting teams • Develop and mentor data engineering talent

- Own the design, roadmap, and execution of the client's infrastructure and cybersecurity programs, aligned to HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2, PCI, and internal InfoSec standards - Oversee secure-by-default architectural design across all platforms - Manage infrastructure budget, team resourcing, and resource allocation - Serve as a strategic partner to product, legal, and engineering leadership - Lead, mentor, and manage the Infrastructure and Security team with sprint-based delivery practices and measurable throughput - Drive a shift from reactive to proactive operations by building organizational visibility into workload, capacity, and priorities - Own the InfraSec support request intake and triage process - Establish cross-functional prioritization cadence with Engineering, Product, Data, and Leadership - Act as a hands-on technical leader contributing directly to security and infrastructure design, review, and implementation - Serve as senior escalation point for complex deployments, secure architecture, and incident resolution - Champion engineering self-service for routine InfraSec operations with appropriate guardrails - Maintain cybersecurity policies and documentation aligned with applicable standards - Own audit readiness for HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI SAQ-D, and internal InfoSec assurance engagements - Lead Vanta implementation and ongoing compliance automation - Lead third-party and vendor risk assessments; maintain the vendor security catalog - Conduct ongoing vulnerability assessments, threat detection, and mitigation - Own and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans - Drive continuous risk-management education across the organization - Manage identity and access governance across employees, contractors, and systems - Maintain endpoint protection coverage (CrowdStrike, Tenable) aligned to applicable control frameworks

• Contribute to the stabilization and modernization of a legacy application • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across video ingestion pipelines, RTSP streams, encoder integrations, and backend services • Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to identify technical debt, architectural gaps, and reliability improvements • Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend APIs and services • Contribute to the migration of platform components from on-prem infrastructure to AWS-based environments • Participate in architecture and system design discussions related to scalability, reliability, and hybrid cloud/on-prem deployments • Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during backlog refinement, technical planning, and delivery execution • Document technical decisions, architecture assumptions, and operational workflows as needed • Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices where appropriate
