Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent Russian and English speaker — you can negotiate with vendors, draft communications, and handle documents in both languages effortlessly
- Operations Leadership Experience: 4+ years in operations, workplace experience, people operations, or event management, with prior team leadership experience
- Project Management Strength: You can independently run multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Events Expertise: Strong experience managing internal events, conferences, or employee programs with exceptional attention to detail

Role Description As a Lead Employee Relations (ER) partner within the People & Employment Practices (PEP) team, you will play a key role in promoting a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace across the organization.
