Generative AI Prompt Engineers

Role Description - Design, build, and maintain AI agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate and optimize business workflows. - Develop conversational and task-driven agents to manage real-time operational issues including service requests, alerts, escalations, and workflow orchestration. - Build a thorough understanding of client business processes to identify and define AI opportunities. - Partner with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities. - Gather pain points across business and technical stakeholders. - Translate business and IT operational requirements into scalable Copilot solutions. - Lead the definition of AI Copilot strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation. - Prioritize AI use cases using a data-driven and impact-based approach. - Design and build Gen AI solutions tailored to client requirements. - Integrate copilots with enterprise data and workflows. - Work closely with Zensar’s SGO team to align outcomes and delivery. - Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy. - Stay updated with emerging Gen AI and Copilot capabilities. - Recommend upgrades, enhancements, and new AI solutions as needed.
