• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and key academic institutions across the Central region. • Own and execute a regionally aligned medical education strategy that drives meaningful engagement with teaching institutions. • Support high-quality clinical education and position Stryker as a trusted education partner. • Identify opportunities within the academic landscape to advance education in a meaningful and scalable way. • Own and execute a regional medical education strategy aligned to the needs of academic institutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic stakeholders. • Drive early engagement within residency programs (PGY1–PGY2) to support foundational education. • Identify gaps in the current education landscape and develop scalable solutions. • Leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of work experience
  • 3+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

We are seeking a temporary Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized, family-centered care to pediatric patients (newborn through age 7) with feeding challenges and poor weight gain. This role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, manage, and improve nutritional outcomes across clinical and community settings. Key Responsibilities - Provide family education and clinical care to pediatric patients (newborn - age 7) with feeding difficulties and poor weight gain during clinic sessions at Boston Children's Hospital - Triage patient concerns and provide follow-up support to families - Coordinate and conduct home, school, and daycare visits for meal observations (may be conducted remotely as appropriate) - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary GNP team, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and community-based resources to support patient care and outreach - Support care coordination and continuity across clinical and community environments - Schedule: 6 month temporary coverage starting in July, 40 hours Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM - Location: Boston and Needham Minimum Qualifications Education: - Masters of Science degree in Nursing required Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience - Experience with children with feeding disorders strongly preferred - Experience working in community-based or public health settings preferred Licensure and Certification: - National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Current BLS/CPR certification required Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
