• Help deploy high impact software solutions for North America's Financial Services and Data (FSD) Delivery organization • Create planning and coordination of daily activities with team members across the FSD organization • Manage during a project implementation • Perform as technical project manager on small to large client project implementations that can exceed twelve months • Manage work with multiple delivery teams across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology • Provide task assignments, work direction and guidance to achieve quality results • Lead tech-enabled projects and manage daily operations of the department • Build artifacts and templates, participate in process improvement projects

• Define and clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet timelines and objectives. • Assist in the creation of business cases and project justifications. • Ensure all technology solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements. • Determine project team structure and define roles and responsibilities. • Set team direction, assign work, and motivate team members to achieve project goals. • Coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions to ensure alignment and efficiency. • Foster a collaborative, transparent, accountable, and results-driven team environment. • Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies. • Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership. • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports and updates to project teams and executive audiences. • Lead communications with steering committees and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Medicaid IT initiatives (MMIS, Provider Enrollment, HR-1, etc.) • Drive project governance, risk management, and executive reporting • Coordinate across State stakeholders, vendors, and development teams • Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and technical direction • Oversee requirements, testing, and implementation readiness • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to State objectives • Mentor State staff and support knowledge transfer/sustainability

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex web and technical projects from discovery through maintenance and support. • Manage scope, schedule, and budget proactively, run standups, anticipate cross-team impacts, and hold yourself and the team accountable to commitments. • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. • Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible communication, present delivery plans confidently in client meetings, and draft client-facing documentation. • Lead day-to-day collaboration between development and PM teams. • Negotiate resource needs, work with engineering to identify scope or technical approaches that reduce cost or risk, create development tickets, and ensure handoffs, reporting, and post-deployment support are consistent. • Own process optimization for your projects and contribute to PMO-wide methodology. • Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, define technical delivery processes, and maintain high standards for documentation and reporting. • Research AI tools and trends relevant to project delivery efficiency. Share insights with peers and help drive adoption of improvements to our PM and delivery toolset.
