Role Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, as the Engineering Project Manager, Manufacturing you'll oversee engineering projects, with varying levels of complexity, from conception to completion. You'll manage all aspects of project safety, scope development, cost estimates, regular cost forecasts and schedule. We ask that you have a strong technical background, demonstrated through previous experience in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry, excellent project management skills, and the experience to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring agreement on our goals. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate, collaborate and provide technical guidance to internal cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance. - Externally, collaborate with equipment vendors, construction contractors and engineering services. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. - Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, USDA/FDA regulations, and best practices. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or 8 years of equivalent project leadership experience with increasing responsibility in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry. - 4+ years of direct project leadership experience with increasing responsibility. - 4+ years of food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing or CPG manufacturing experience. - Experience with engineering project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects of at least $5 million. - Technical background and understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, at multiple plant locations. - This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, select field locations or remote locations east of Denver, CO and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport. - Travel is variable depending on project timing and averages 50% (predominantly Monday – Friday). Requirements - Pay Range: $107,000-$156,000 - The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. • Manage large scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects with a diverse group of clinical and IT subject matter experts from project initiation to closure. • Own project governance, including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items, utilizing standard project management tools and methodologies. • Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects lifecycle. • Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of project forecast. • Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries to ensure timely and effective system installations. • Review purchase order transmittals noting any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function. • Mentor and support the development of other project managers. • Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to active directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network requirements, workstation layout, and server requirements. • Utilize expert knowledge in our industry and convey knowledge to others through the generation of procedures, FAQs, and other technical documentation. • Serve as a subject matter expert by delivering product, process, and procedural training, as well as mentoring and supporting other project managers. • Determine and apply appropriate methods and procedures for new or complex assignments, with work reviewed by peers or leadership. • Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on project execution, quality, and customer experience.

• Support the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of assigned studies • Work directly with clinical trial sites using varied communication methods to enable a smooth startup, conduct, and closeout of Clario services • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and guide efficient delivery using Clario’s existing product suite, identifying enhancement needs when appropriate • Ensure study issues are identified, tracked, escalated when necessary, and resolved effectively and in a timely manner • Configure and troubleshoot technical implementations of Clario data collection platforms and devices • Serve as the point of contact and escalation partner for assigned sites and customers requiring support • Deliver study‑specific training to sites and support project management tasks that enable study success • Develop and update study documentation to address customer needs and process improvements • Manage distribution, tracking, and oversight of study equipment • Create, distribute, and analyze study‑related reports that support site performance and data quality • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns appropriately • Foster collaboration and effective communication across internal and external teams to meet study timelines and contractual obligations • Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to customer issues and maintain documentation ensuring timely resolution • Troubleshoot site issues related to Clario products, solutions, or devices and support defect tracking and root‑cause resolution • Support the site certification program through direct engagement, consulting, and training • Configure study devices for testing and replicate issues to support troubleshooting • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Clario products, including backend environments, and participate in new product implementations and enhancements
