Role Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, as the Engineering Project Manager, Manufacturing you'll oversee engineering projects, with varying levels of complexity, from conception to completion. You'll manage all aspects of project safety, scope development, cost estimates, regular cost forecasts and schedule. We ask that you have a strong technical background, demonstrated through previous experience in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry, excellent project management skills, and the experience to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring agreement on our goals. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate, collaborate and provide technical guidance to internal cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance. - Externally, collaborate with equipment vendors, construction contractors and engineering services. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. - Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, USDA/FDA regulations, and best practices. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or 8 years of equivalent project leadership experience with increasing responsibility in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry. - 4+ years of direct project leadership experience with increasing responsibility. - 4+ years of food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing or CPG manufacturing experience. - Experience with engineering project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects of at least $5 million. - Technical background and understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, at multiple plant locations. - This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, select field locations or remote locations east of Denver, CO and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport. - Travel is variable depending on project timing and averages 50% (predominantly Monday – Friday). Requirements - Pay Range: $107,000-$156,000 - The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. As an Event Technology Manager, you will learn how to manage events, use the technology tools, guide and support clients to ensure the most successful and impactful events for our clients! This role has strategic importance and high accountability due to the business-critical impact on the sales force, our customers, and the company contribution to profitability. - Responsible for the strategic planning, content oversight, functional design, build-out, and implementation of ALTOUR event technology solutions for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. - Manage the day-to-day plan of action for assigned programs with a technology component, including project timelines, client communication, internal coordination, quality control, and onsite and/or virtual execution. - Serve as a primary client-facing technology partner, guiding best practices and ensuring exceptional delivery across all event technology touchpoints. Day to Day Responsibilities: - Reports to Manager, Digital Design and works directly with Strategic Account Team Leads. - Act as a liaison and trusted advisor to guide clients through all technology services, providing best-practice recommendations aligned with reporting, functionality, and business objectives. - Manage end-to-end event technology support from initial planning and build phase through onsite or virtual execution. - Create, manage, and adhere to project timelines, scope, and processes for assigned programs. - Manage the build-out of the event technology design plan in the following areas: - Registration Websites - Email Campaigns - API Integrations - Mobile Apps - OnSite Technology Solutions - Virtual Technology Solutions - Assist clients in developing, writing, editing, and approving content for registration websites, virtual platforms, mobile apps, email campaigns, and any communications. - Create or source, secure and establish rights for all visual content including photography, graphics, illustration, and video. - Work with Meeting Planning and Support services team to create impactful and exceptionally designed event technology platforms that engage, inform, and equip participants for an exceptional event experience. - Work with technology suppliers, developers, graphic designers, and coders for the seamless execution and implementation of event technology. - Collaborate in a team environment. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal best practices. - Demonstrate discretion, independent judgment, and adaptability in complex or high-pressure situations. • Oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget • Construct detailed project plans, manage teams, and lead meetings • Analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, and ensure team possesses the right skills • Take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling • Serve as the single point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders

• Manage large scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects with a diverse group of clinical and IT subject matter experts from project initiation to closure. • Own project governance, including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items, utilizing standard project management tools and methodologies. • Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects lifecycle. • Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of project forecast. • Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries to ensure timely and effective system installations. • Review purchase order transmittals noting any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function. • Mentor and support the development of other project managers. • Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to active directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network requirements, workstation layout, and server requirements. • Utilize expert knowledge in our industry and convey knowledge to others through the generation of procedures, FAQs, and other technical documentation. • Serve as a subject matter expert by delivering product, process, and procedural training, as well as mentoring and supporting other project managers. • Determine and apply appropriate methods and procedures for new or complex assignments, with work reviewed by peers or leadership. • Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on project execution, quality, and customer experience.
