• Create Market and Sales plans based on Electrosonic ideal customer profiles • Proactively pursue new clients for AV services and support contracts • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to target contacts and decision-makers as necessary to generate new business • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify service sales opportunities • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on recurring services revenue • Present the company, AV service offerings, and value propositions clearly and persuasively • Demonstrate how AV services solve customer challenges in corporate, education, healthcare, or enterprise environments • Present customer success stories and use cases to showcase service value and outcomes • Influence and guide clients through the buying process using a consultative sales approach • Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams to align customer needs with offerings • Prepare quotes, proposals, and service contract documentation accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking activities, opportunities, and forecasts • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs related to service contracts

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • Proven experience selling AV services and service contracts (managed services, maintenance, support agreements, SLAs)
  • Solid understanding of AV technologies and environments (Unified Communications, room systems, collaboration tools, control systems, etc.)
  • Experience engaging and influencing IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and technical decision-makers
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

This territory covers Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, and north of Daytona Beach Areas. A person needs to live in this area. The Senior Client Solutions Executive (SE) is a full-time outside sales position. The position requires a structured approach to developing new business in a defined territory. The SE will be responsible for achieving target volumes in new applications, activations, monthly new business revenue for NextGear Capital (Cox Automotive), and the company's ancillary products and services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with auction general managers to maximize NextGear's business opportunities within assigned auto auctions.
