• Perform audio, video, and control design functions to support the sales, design, implementation, and support of custom audiovisual systems • Assist Sales and Technology Consulting with producing ROM pricing and facility impacts to facilitate client budgeting • Produce project documentation to include functional narratives, single line diagrams, plan drawings, details, elevations, bill of materials, technical narratives, pull schedules, and any other information needed to clearly communicate deployment expectations • Participate in internal and external design meetings to translate client’s functional requirements into viable technical systems • Travel to meet with colleagues and clients on a semi-regular basis • Keep up on the latest technologies through manufacturer and industry trainings • Collaborate with Electrosonic Consultants during the design process to ensure that clients' needs are being met • Collaborate with Electrosonic Engineers during the deployment process to ensure that design intent is understood

• Create Market and Sales plans based on Electrosonic ideal customer profiles • Proactively pursue new clients for AV services and support contracts • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to target contacts and decision-makers as necessary to generate new business • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify service sales opportunities • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on recurring services revenue • Present the company, AV service offerings, and value propositions clearly and persuasively • Demonstrate how AV services solve customer challenges in corporate, education, healthcare, or enterprise environments • Present customer success stories and use cases to showcase service value and outcomes • Influence and guide clients through the buying process using a consultative sales approach • Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams to align customer needs with offerings • Prepare quotes, proposals, and service contract documentation accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking activities, opportunities, and forecasts • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs related to service contracts

• Partner with IT leadership to support the design, implementation, and progressive ownership of integrations connecting multiple SaaS and business platforms into a centralized, Azure-based data repository (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage). • Assist in building and maintaining automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes, with the expectation of quickly growing into independently managing these workflows to support enterprise reporting and analytics. • Support the design and refinement of data models optimized for Power BI consumption, including relationships, normalization, and performance considerations, while developing the skills to eventually own these models end-to-end. • Help ensure integrations adhere to security best practices, including identity management, access controls, and governance standards, learning how to apply these principles independently as responsibility increases. • Develop and support automation and data orchestration using Python and JavaScript, including scheduled jobs, API-based integrations, and data transformation scripts, with mentorship and code review from senior team members as you grow toward independent ownership. • Work with JSON extensively for API payloads, configuration templates, policy definitions, and data interchange, gaining fluency in designing and maintaining structured, reliable integration patterns. • Contribute to the creation of reusable integration components and internal tooling, initially extending existing frameworks and gradually taking responsibility for designing solutions that reduce manual effort and improve system reliability. • Follow established version control practices, documentation standards, and coding conventions for all automation artifacts, with the expectation of quickly adopting best practices and maintaining production-quality code independently. • Support the troubleshooting of cross-platform data flow issues, including API errors, authentication challenges, and automation failures, working alongside senior engineers while building the experience to diagnose and resolve issues independently. • Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, architectural documentation, and integration runbooks, with the expectation of taking increasing ownership of documentation quality and operational readiness over time. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to help gather data requirements and validate reporting-ready data sets, developing the communication and analytical skills needed to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions. • Gradually grow into a mentoring role by sharing knowledge with IT team members on integration techniques, cloud data patterns, and Microsoft 365 best practices as experience and confidence increase.

• Provide timely technical support for Windows and macOS systems, productivity applications, and user devices • Troubleshoot issues with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related M365 services • Support MFA, password resets, account lockouts, and connectivity issues • Assist with workstation setup, peripheral configuration, and meeting room technology • Escalate complex issues to senior team members with clear documentation • Administer user lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) • Manage identities and access within Microsoft Entra ID: Group membership, Role-based access assignments, License provisioning, Support SSO/MFA enrollment and troubleshoot authentication issues • Maintain security and compliance guidelines for identity management • Provision, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints • Manage device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles via Microsoft Intune • Monitor endpoint security and health using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint • Apply OS and application patches in alignment with IT policies • Support hardware lifecycle management including imaging, repairs, and asset tracking • Ensure encryption, antivirus, and EDR agents are properly deployed and operational • Assist with daily monitoring and basic administration of servers and cloud resources (e.g., Windows Server, Azure VMs, virtual environments) • Perform routine tasks such as service restarts, updates, and log reviews • Assist in file server, print server, and line-of-business application maintenance • Validate backup job success and support simple restore operations • Participate in system maintenance windows and planned downtime activities • Perform entry‑level configuration and support of network equipment • VLAN updates, Port configurations, Basic firewall rule changes (under supervision), WLAN profile adjustments, Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving switches, APs, and end-user devices • Update network documentation and support senior IT with broader network changes

• Provide proactive and reactive technical support for audio-visual and unified communications systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. • Deliver small integration and installation projects to specification, on time and within budget, maintaining the highest quality standards. • Support the commissioning and handover of larger projects, ensuring smooth transition into service operations. • Work safely and efficiently on customer sites, adhering to company health, safety, and quality procedures. • Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and the Global Service Desk to coordinate site activities, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication with clients and contractors. • Maintain accurate service and installation records, ensuring timely completion of electronic reports and job documentation. • Provide onsite cover when required to ensure consistent service delivery and support across client sites. • Set up, operate and support AV systems for live events, conferences, and presentations as required. • Conduct or support system training for clients and colleagues, promoting best practices in system use and maintenance. • Calibrate and maintain test equipment, ensuring readiness and compliance. • Identify and communicate opportunities for service improvements or project work through close collaboration with account and operations teams. • Support colleagues during peak demand or absence periods, maintaining a flexible and professional approach. • Comply with all information security policies, standards, and procedures. • Other duties as required or assigned by company management
