This role owns key enablement programs and delivers content that prepares sellers to win, using AI to accelerate impact and improve outcomes. Own Global Enablement Programs 50% Lead end-to-end sales learning programs, including quarterly trainings and weekly webinars Drive execution, measure impact, and continuously improve outcomes Partner with regional teams to deliver scalable content and support local execution Manage intake to prioritize content aligned with business goals and seller needs Create Field Ready Content 30% Develop clear, engaging materials such as playbooks, talk tracks, and job aids Leverage AI to improve efficiency and focus on high-impact work Maintain a structured, up-to-date content library as the single source of truth Elevate the Enablement Platform 20% Own the sales enablement platform Highspot, including governance and operations Use analytics to drive insights and improve performance Enhance tools, systems, and processes to increase seller productivity and advantage What will help you succeed - 5+ years in sales enablement, with a clear history of owning impactful global programs and content from start to finish - Deep Highspot (preferred) or Sales Enablement Platform expertise: managing its governance and operations is essential. - Experience enabling sellers in a complex software or SaaS sales motion is highly preferred - Skilled at transforming complex information into clear, effective sales content. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs, balancing strategy with execution. - Data-driven approach: You use analytics to make smart decisions and show impact. - Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance content and programs. - An excellent communicator who collaborates effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Compensation and Rewards - The base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. - Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system. - We also offer medical/dental benefits and a company-matched 401(k) plan for retirement.
