Sales Operations Specialist
Race Communications
• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns including up-sell, win-back, and pre-sale conversion efforts • Conduct outbound calling and follow up on abandoned orders and customer inquiries • Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timelines • Serve as backup support for commission payouts and investor reporting to ensure accuracy and continuity of operations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems • Ensure data integrity to support effective campaign targeting and reporting • Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness • Own and drive key KPIs including conversion rates, upsell revenue, win-back success, and abandoned order recovery • Optimize and improve campaign performance based on KPI trends and insights • Report on and communicate results, providing recommendations for continuous improvement • Manage sales Jira boards and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and clear visibility into pipeline performance
Job Requirements
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or campaign-based customer engagement
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools, with the ability to accurately track activities and maintain customer records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in execution and documentation
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
- Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities

Role Description We are seeking a senior, high-impact leader to build and scale our global Sales Operations & Sales Enablement function. This is a strategic role responsible for unifying and optimizing sales processes across a complex, multi-solution, SaaS organization. This leader will bring both credibility and execution - someone who has evolved from a sales background into operations, understands how revenue organizations truly function, and can establish structure, discipline, and scalability across global teams.
